Placing an Order
To place an order, select the product type and quantity you want to purchase and follow the website prompts for checkout. You can change the quantities of products prior to checkout. To complete your purchase, follow the website prompts at checkout.
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail which will include your order details. This order confirmation e-mail serves as your receipt and proof of purchase, and you should keep it with your records. You will need your order confirmation e-mail if you ever require warranty service.
It typically takes one to two business days to process the order. Delivery dates vary based on third party shipping schedules. Once your order has shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation, including tracking number(s).
You are committing to purchase a product or service by placing an order with Zappiti. By placing an order, you represent to us that you are purchasing for your own personal use and not for resale, that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you submit with your order is accurate, and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Zappiti reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or cancel orders that appear to violate any of these representations, including any orders appearing to be from resellers. Resellers must e-mail Zappiti at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about reseller sales. We may verify certain information before your order is fulfilled, including without limitation your email address, delivery address, payment information, and other personal information.
Although we endeavor to provide accurate information on this website, please be advised that pricing and availability information may contain errors. All product and service information on this website remains subject to change at any time without advance notice, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions on its website without advance notice.
Zappiti reserves the right to refuse any order, and to modify or cancel your order at any time without advance notice, whether or not the order is confirmed. However, we will attempt to give you notice of refusal, modification, or cancellation using the contact information you provided when you placed the order.
Zappiti accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and, upon special request, wire transfer.
You will be charged upon placing your order and before shipment. If your payment method is charged for an order that is later modified or cancelled, Zappiti will issue you a refund via the same payment method.
Please note that certain orders are subject to a verification period prior to shipment to protect all parties from unauthorized credit card use.
Order Modification and Cancellation by You
You can modify or cancel your order up until you submit the order. If your order has already been submitted, please e-mail Zappiti at email@example.com. If your order has already been shipped, you will instead need to follow our returns procedure in the Return Policy section below.

It typically takes one to two business days after confirmation of payment to process and ship your order. Presently, we offer shipping via the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service, with the specific priority selected by you at checkout. The shipping carrier typically requires one business day after shipping to validate the tracking information.
Delivery dates vary based on third party shipping schedules and your location. Any shipping or delivery dates provided will be estimates only. Depending upon product availability and other factors affecting fulfillment, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Zappiti is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
When you receive your shipment, please inspect all packages to ensure there are no missing items, and test the products for proper function. Please be sure to save the box, any outer shipping carton, and all packing material in the event that you need it for a return shipment.

All orders from Zappiti are subject to our 30-day return policy if for any reason they are defective. After 30 days, your recourse is governed by the terms of the Zappiti warranty.
A return authorization is required for any exchange or refund. The return authorization process can be initiated by contacting Zappiti at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then be contacted by one of our representatives about your request, and additional return instructions may be required. Any product returned to Zappiti without a return authorization is not eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your expense.
Return authorizations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date issued. Returns that we receive after the expiration of the return period may be refused and returned. Products must be returned with all originally included packaging and accessories. If your return is not accepted we will notify you using the contact information you provided when you placed the order or any updated information you provided when obtaining your return authorization.

Zappiti offers a two-year warranty on its products. Warranty service requires the customer to ship the product, at customer’s sole cost, to Zappiti’s lab in Florida. Once the product is repaired or replaced, Zappiti will pay the cost of return shipping to your location.

Use of promotional codes, coupons, or similar promotional discounts are subject to the separate terms and conditions of that promotion. No more than one promotion may be applied to an order unless otherwise expressly provided in the terms and conditions of the applicable promotions.
