Placing an order

To place an order, select the product type and quantity you want to purchase and follow the website prompts for checkout. You can change the quantities of products prior to checkout. To complete your purchase, follow the website prompts at checkout.

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail which will include your order details. This order confirmation e-mail serves as your receipt and proof of purchase, and you should keep it with your records.  You will need your order confirmation e-mail if you ever require warranty service.

It typically takes one to two business days to process the order.  Delivery dates vary based on third party shipping schedules.   Once your order has shipped, we will email a shipping confirmation, including tracking number(s). 

You are committing to purchase a product or service by placing an order with Zappiti. 

 

By placing an order, you represent to us that you are purchasing for your own personal use and not for resale, that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you submit with your order is accurate, and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. 

 

Zappiti reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or cancel orders that appear to violate any of these representations, including any orders appearing to be from resellers.  Resellers must e-mail Zappiti at contact@zappiti.com to inquire about reseller sales.  We may verify certain information before your order is fulfilled, including without limitation your email address, delivery address, payment information, and other personal information.  

Although we endeavor to provide accurate information on this website, please be advised that pricing and availability information may contain errors.  All product and service information on this website remains subject to change at any time without advance notice, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions on its website without advance notice.  

Zappiti reserves the right to refuse any order, and to modify or cancel your order at any time without advance notice, whether or not the order is confirmed. However, we will attempt to give you notice of refusal, modification, or cancellation using the contact information you provided when you placed the order.

Warranty

Zappiti offers a two-year warranty on its products. Warranty service requires the customer to ship the product, at customer’s sole cost, to Zappiti’s lab in Florida.  Once the product is repaired or replaced, Zappiti will pay the cost of return shipping to your location.
